Menu

There are 2 different types of accounts available on Placa.ai: HOA accounts (Property Manager, Patrol Manager, Tenant and Visitor) and school accounts (School Admin, School Front Desk, Teacher, Parent and Student). The menu options and the dashboard on the app and the website will be different based on the account type.

• Students: This option displays all the students’ information filtered by class. Students information can also be edited and you can also add parents’ information to each student.
• Pickup: This option shows all the pick-up information from students (students waiting to be picked up, students that arrived/departed or are absent).
• Pickup Report: Pickup reports can be generated based on a specific date. It shows the same information as the Pickup option.
• Change Password: Change your password in this option.
