Permits

Permits allow a vehicle belonging to a Tenant or a Visitor to be parked on the property without being in violation. Property Managers are supposed to approve or decline incoming permit requests in the Pending Permits section of their account. They will be able to see if the incoming request is for a Tenant or a Visitor.

Permit history can be viewed for each tenant and their visitors for each property in the Tenants section. First, select the property and then select the tenant to view their history. Each tenant or visitor’s history can be further refined by looking into all of the permits they have requested.
