Space Calls

Space Calls on Placa.ai is a function only available to the Property Manager and the Tenant in order to initiate towing of vehicles parked illegally on the property. It is not available to the Patrol Manager because they are in charge of the Drivers that will respond to the calls.

When creating a Space Call, it will ask for the following:

• Number plate
• Space number
• Building number
• Make of the car
• Model of the car
• Color of the car

Since the Property Manager is in charge of the properties, they have the option to create a space call based on the specific property while a Tenant does not. In the Space Calls section, the manager can view requested calls or create new ones.
