Visitors

It is the Tenant’s responsibility to send a permit request for their Visitor; if not, they are at risk of being towed or marked for a violation. The Property Manager must view the request in order to approve or decline it. Afterwards, the manager has the ability to view the permit history for the visitors through the Tenant section of their account.

If the tenant has a visitor coming or is planning to come then their car must be registered to the Placa.ai database so that it will not be towed or marked for illegally parking on the lot. The following information must be submitted:

• Name
• Plate Number
• Make
• Model
• Color
• Differently Abled or not
