Towing and Violations

What is the difference between towing and a violation? When someone receives a violation, it is merely a warning or a fine whereas being towed is when the vehicle is forcefully moved off of the premises. Only the Property Manager and a Tenant can send in a request for a vehicle to be towed when it is parked illegally. The Drivers of the Enforcer app will receive the request and respond accordingly.

Even though two roles can send towing requests, only the Property Manager can view violations detected by the Drivers and view a history of tows. The history will show whether a tow has been completed, and it will show the details of the tow or violation. Both will be sorted by property.
